Biographies

Jerry Grafton
An experienced, facilitative trainer working with Boards of Directors and Senior Managers in the design and delivery learning interventions with direct relevance and application to organisational, team and individual goals. Coach in work related, personal self awareness and development for Senior Executives. Successful interventions delivered in private and public sectors, including blue chip FTSE 100, Sunday Times Top 100, UK and European sites. Qualifications in transactional analysis counselling, psychotherapy and licensed MBTI practitioner.

Keeley Smith
Keeley trained at The Guildford School of Acting and The University of East Anglia, Norwich. Since graduating her work has included television, theatre, commercials and corporate films. Alongside her acting projects, Keeley has worked as an equities sales trader for a London investment bank. She is also an experienced Drama Teacher and Director. Keeley’s experience in commerce and education allows her to facilitate effective forum theatre experiential learning for delegates.

Steve Ray
Steve is a senior lecturer in Clinical Physiology at Oxford Brookes University. Steve transposes his medical and academic background into engaging workshops in stress management and developing creativity, coaching delegates to develop their own strategies for personal development. Steve's research and work is recognised internationally with an extensive list of regular client organisations who have realised real business and people benefits from his involvement

Chris Smewing
Chris is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. He combines a strong academic background with extensive practical experience of working as an HR specialist and business psychology consultant.
His main areas of focus are individual assessment and coaching, leadership development and the facilitation of change. He works with teams and individuals to help them recognise and develop their skills and contribution to the organisation. He has worked with many types of organisations, both private and public sector, across Europe and Asia.
