Leadership development
We will work in partnership with you to design the most suitable leadership development interventions for your middle managers, senior managers and Directors. Programmes can include executive coaching, influencing, communication, team development, change management and presentation skills. Learning for delegates is interactive and directly applicable to their organisations goals and objectives enabling learners to make a direct improvement to their own and their business performance. Organisational psychology based models and theory are aligned to pragmatic business needs and scenarios. Modules can be accredited with the University of Hertfordshire, enabling delegates to apply for credits against Foundation, Honours or Masters Degrees.
